Medical Corporate Consulting | 2020

Under the founder, I worked with a small team in developing corporate consulting programs and courses intended to develop reliable, accountable processes for developing new initiatives within medical organizations.

These included measuring success, focusing on business cases for diagnostic and treatment services, decision support on vendor partnerships, population health forecasting, and patient-focused analytics training.

Introduction of My Role

Bringing my UX/UI and Project Management skills to the table, I was instrumental in shaping the project's process, scope, and outputs. From utilizing my Agile abilities to develop high-value programs quickly, to designing the UI for webpages, proposals, informative documents, and the courses themselves, I was directly involved with the project from top to bottom.

Overview of Scrum Methodologies

I followed Scrum and Agile methodologies throughout the development of the company and it's offerings by conducting 2-3 weeklong sprints for each of the company's programs and courses.

Each sprint included planning and building phases, as well as the testing and deployment to test descision makers. By the end, we had 2 viable programs and 4 courses that could run concurrently, with the applied feedback of potential clients. 

Providing Medical Analytics During COVID

This project took place during COVID, in part as a response to the organizational challenges that developed during the crisis, but also due to the radical implementation of telehealth across many major players in the medical services industry.

The necessity for dynamic medical analytics during the crisis propelled the drive for our team to create implementable programs based on iterative processes, shaped to each organization's particular needs.

Summary of Project Stakeholders

Aside from myself, the primary stakeholders were the Product Owner and a Digital Marketing & Client Acquisition Specialist.

Our lead trainer and founder, Kian Xie, has a strong background as a healthcare innovation strategist. He holds a Master's degree in Mathematical Studies from Rhode Island College, with specializations in statistical methods and numerical data analysis, along with multiple certifications in marketing analytics and customer value optimization.

It was necessary to consider the patient journey when we were developing Corporate Hidden Gem's offerings. Establishing ourselves as subject-matter experts right from the first glance was important to our clients and partners. I applied several methods for creating a user experience that improved the quality of a patient's care and the practitioner's profitability through improving satisfaction overall.

Creating Short Courses to Full Training Programs

We created innovative patient care focused courses and full 12-week programs that offered secure long-term stability and growth for individual healthcare organizations.

The pandemic was a time for innovative redevelopment across the healthcare sectors and these programs were mathematically proven to have organization-wide benefits from providers to patients.

The Company Website

First and foremost we needed a main website for the company. I designed it in a way that was captivating and informative to corporate decision makers in the medical industry. Clean, sleek, and to the point.

Designing Digital B2B Experiences

We had a landing page for each course and program. While essential to our marketing strategy, it was also crucial to have a landing spot for each offering that also allowed us to collect analytical data in order to make continued improvements. 

These websites were developed based on research and user testing exercises.
