15+ Years of Professional Website Design Experience

While templates are useful when there is a need for uniformity across internal pages, I prefer that all of my website design is custom worked to the specific client, the projects scope, the user experience, and the overall needs.

I always start with research, identifying key factors like keywords, competitors, user needs & expectations, and industry standards. I then plan everything out and get approval from the client before beginning to actually build the design. This cuts back on scope creep and helps me avoid backtracking while I focus on creating designs that are both impactful and useful.

My process also includes testing as I rely on data to make structural or content-based changes before making anything a live product.

This allows me to be effective across a range of projects, whether a one-time website or in building entire sales funnels with multiple interconnecting internal and external landing pages.

Not Your Average Web Designer

I have been building websites since 2011, and received a certification in HTML/CSS (Building Websites) through Halifax Community College in 2012.

Since then, I have built websites on a variety of platforms including WordPress (cPanel & WHM), Wix & Wix Studio, ClickFunnels, Unbounce, Builderall, Web, Shopify & other ecommerce, and custom environments.

Led a full website redesign for a vacation rental company with properties in premier Orlando resort communities like Reunion, Encore, ChampionsGate, and Bears Den. Oversaw the complete process from research and wireframing to prototyping and launching the new live site to deliver an improved user experience and cohesive brand presence.

Enhanced the team dashboard to streamline on-page updates and daily operations, improving efficiency and usability. Conducted keyword and on-page content optimization to correct SEO errors, boost visibility, and strengthen the site’s search performance. Developed a new brand identity and ensured the website design, tone, and visuals were fully aligned with the refreshed brand strategy.

The launch delivered measurable gains in visibility, efficiency, and user satisfaction, positioning the brand for long-term growth.

My focus with redesigning the website was to add some fluidity to it and break up the overly blocky feel of the information as it was presented on the old site. As you can see by the sample image, I utilized dynamic imagery to make a clear impression of what his services were while making a visual connection, drawing users to scroll down for further information.

I was also responsible for creating social media posts for running ads campaigns, with the purpose of offering a batch of assets that matched the new branding and website development to go along with the relaunch.

Working With a Local Services Company

My collaboration with this innovative client, offering specialized mobile oil change and car wash services, was centered around the idea of bringing convenience to the customer's doorstep. With a unique business model focused on mobility and flexibility, my task was to design a website that mirrored their commitment to hassle-free automotive care.

From intuitive booking systems that accommodate busy schedules to captivating visuals showcasing their on-the-go services, every element of the website was tailored to reflect their brand identity and value proposition.

From spelling errors to a layout that visually lost the user, there was a lot to go through and restructure. This project required wireframing options before building out the version decided on by the client.

Putting a lot of consideration into the user journey for this client, I mapped out how to best design the layout and to organize the information infrastructure. The end result was vastly better performing.
